What’s on the menu for employers?


● More than 600 Jobcentres all over the country are coaching thousands of jobseeking claimants to move into work


● The hospitality sector is very competitive and growing, never more so than in the last few years, against a backdrop of low unemployment


● Engage with jobseekers from disadvantaged groups and take advantage of schemes

● Hospitality Works gives you a chance to raise the awareness and expertise of Jobcentre Plus Work Coaches about how your organisation operates and recruits


● It’s a fun and engaging way to meet jobseekers and give them a taste of what it’s like to work for you


● Helps to promote your business and provide jobseekers with a stepping stone to a great career in the sector


During Hospitality Works 2019 there were more than half a million impressions to #JobsWithASmile content. We estimate that 3,000 employers also visited Jobcentres during the campaign to attend job fairs, deliver Information Sessions to jobseekers and promote their opportunities!
