Procedure: 1. Add Phase A to main vessel and heat to 90°C with stirring. Add Phase B to separate vessel in the order above and heat to 90°C with stirring. Once both phases are at temperature, add Phase B to Phase A. Mix until homogenous for 15 minutes at 90°C. Remove from heat, and mix until mixture is at room temperature.

Procedure: Weigh Part A. Weigh and mix Part B. Add Part B to Part A with rotor stator (s=1000 rpm) and mix well for 30 min. Heat Part A+B to 80°C in bain-marie. Weigh and heat Part C to 80°C in bain-marie. Add Part C to Part A+B with rapid rotor stator stirring (s=1500 rpm, then 1000 rpm). Stir well during the cooling phase. Add Part D to Part A+B+C with rotor stator stirring (s=1000 rpm) to around 45°C. Add Part E to the previous part with rotor stator stirring (s=2500 rpm). Add Part F to the previous part, below 35°C. Add Part G to the previous part with rotor stator stirring (s=2500 rpm). Add Part H to the previous part, mix well. Add Part I to the previous part, mix well. Properties Appearance: Pale yellow cream pH: 6.10 ± 0.5; Viscosity: 90.000 cps ± 10% Sp.93, 2.5rpm, 1 min, 25°C, Brookfield DV-I Prime Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 45°C and 1 month at 50°C Centrifuge: 10min @ 3000rpm and 1 x -80ºC/+25ºC 24-hours freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20min @120°C
