Tey often explore new player behaviors earlier — shorter mobile sessions, more interactive mech- anics, social elements, instant formats, or ex- periences connected to real-world action. So I don’t think the future belongs only to a
handful of very large suppliers. I think the winners will be ecosystems that make it easy for new ideas to reach the market and prove themselves. Te important thing is that aggregation remains an open door for promising studios, rather than
becoming another gatekeeper.
If you were advising a new studio entering the market today, what would be the single most important thing it should focus on to maximise its chances of long-term success? If I had to choose one thing, it would be clarity on who you are building for. A new studio needs a very specific view of the player, the market, and the behavior it wants to
serve. Tat should shape everything: the mechanic, session length, mobile performance, localisation, and even how the game is promoted. Te studios with the strongest long-term po-
tential usually have a good reason to exist. Tey understand the player needs they are solving and then use data to keep improving around it. A great launch can create attention. A product
that consistently feels relevant to a defined audience builds a business.
