We’ve always believed that successful networking is about quality rather than quantity. Bringing thousands of people together is only valuable if the right conversations happen. Tat’s why we focus on curated networking events, VIP experiences, investor meetings, affiliate gatherings and structured introductions. Tese environments help create genuine business relationships instead of relying on chance encounters.

Alongside that, I expect strong discussions around artificial intelligence, payment innovation, localisation, responsible gaming and affiliate marketing.

We’re also seeing businesses place greater emphasis on long-term sustainability rather than rapid expansion alone. Companies are looking for strategies that allow them to grow while adapting to changing regulations and evolving player expectations.

Networking remains one of the primary reasons people attend industry events. How is SiGMA creating opportunities for meaningful business connections rather than simply bringing large numbers of people together?

Tat’s why we focus on curated networking events, VIP experiences, investor meetings, affiliate gatherings and structured introductions. Tese environments help create genuine business relationships instead of relying on chance encounters. Our aim is for delegates to leave with partnerships that continue well beyond the event itself.

Beyond the exhibition floor and conference programme, what role do local stakeholders, regulators, operators and investors play in shaping the event experience in Mexico?

Tey play a fundamental role. We never enter a market with a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we work closely with local stakeholders to ensure the event reflects the realities and priorities of the market.

Teir input helps shape the conference agenda, networking opportunities and overall experience. Bringing together international delegates with local decision-makers creates

more meaningful dialogue and stronger long-term partnerships.

Te industry’s event calendar has become increasingly competitive. What differentiates the SiGMA North America Summit from other conferences targeting the Americas region?

SiGMA is more than an exhibition or conference. We build ecosystems where business, investment, innovation and networking come together under one roof.

Another key strength is our international community. Delegates won’t only meet businesses focused on Mexico. Tey’ll connect with companies and investors from Europe, Asia, Africa, and the wider Americas, creating opportunities that extend far beyond a single market.

Looking ahead, do you see Mexico becoming one of the industry’s key annual gathering points, alongside established hubs such as Malta, London and Las Vegas? What would need to happen for that to become a reality?

It has all the ingredients. Mexico has the talent, market size, infrastructure and international connectivity to become one of the industry’s leading meeting points.

Continued regulatory certainty and strong collaboration between the public and private sectors will be key. If those elements continue to develop, I see no reason why Mexico City cannot become a fixture on the global gaming calendar.

If delegates leave Mexico City having achieved just one thing, what would you like that to be? What lasting impression do you hope the event leaves on both international visitors and the local industry?
