INSIGHT ELECTRONIC TABLE GAMES SPINTEC GAMING TECHNOLOGY

Last year we introduced our remote gaming, enabling a venue to connect any

optimal setup as they usually know their players best.

ETGs are one of the more complex pieces of gaming equipment on the casino floor. How important is servicing and maintaining these ETGs? Do you handle this in-house or work with a distribution network and external partners?

It certainly is one of the most complex pieces of gaming equipment and therefore it is really important - as mentioned earlier in this interview - to give every customer the appropriate guidance in defining the optimal setup.

Servicing and maintaining our ETGs is mostly handled by our partners that have in-depth knowledge of our products, have local technicians, and have the spare parts available quickly should anything need replacing. We are proud to have a strong network of distribution partners across the globe that are very familiar with providing best-in-class support. Customers and our partners are also able to connect to our support team 24/7.

Are Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat still the most popular titles or are game line-ups becoming more varied?

Tis differs by country but generally I would say yes. Although, we see automated dice games like Craps in the US and Sic-Bo in Asia grow in popularity. In most markets roulette remains our best-selling and main “money maker” for operators. We also keep our eyes open for opportunities to create market specific table games like we did for India with our “Andar Bahar” game.

Is it important to have a signature 'spin' on these classic game types or do players prefer a more traditional experience in a casino environment?

It is important that our ETGs have special features that separate them from standard casino games. I think our games have a special appeal because they offer more side bet options, jackpots, more adrenaline paying tables like, for example, our Hotspot roulette.

Tese advantages are important also for young players who may find standard casino games a bit boring. Maybe the reason is also the Covid period, when some players turned to online gaming and are now returning to land-based casinos.

With new iterations having hit the market annually for decades, what scope remains to improve and innovate upon ETGs? Where can improvements be made to the customer experience?

We believe that lots of new features have spilled over from online gaming with new pay tables,

automated or live game to

another venue at a different location or even an entirely

different area within the venue. Additionally, we will be introducing a truly

revolutionary feature to our roulette game at ICE 2024 and we expect it will shake up the market.

side bets and enhancements. We strongly believe that it is our task to match the same level or even a higher level of excitement to casino floors providing a “real life” experience.

Our focus remains on comfort, ergonomics, reliability whilst offering every one of our customers the option to optimise their ETG setup with a wide variety of games, features, side bets, and jackpots.

Where do you consider 'home markets' - areas where the company's ETG presence is strong - and where do you see potential for expansion?

We have traditionally been strong in Macau and South America. Macau has shown recovery this year after almost three years of closure due to Covid-19 and our business in South America is going very well. Over the last couple of years, we shifted from being dependent on a couple of “home markets” to a very strong network of distribution partners across the globe.

In Australia for example, we have high expectations for our partnership that we just started with Konami. In Europe we have been growing our presence in Germany in cooperation with our strategic partner, Merkur, obtaining close to 10 per cent market share in less than one year. Also, we are gradually growing our presence in other European markets.

We see great potential in the USA with our exclusive partner Dynamic Gaming Solutions. Tey are currently obtaining full licenses for all our products, games, and features in seven states. We expect we will continue to expand the number of fully licensed states in the near feature. We are very proud of our network of partners which we believe is key to successfully growing our presence in all the main markets.
