and France and Baccarat and Sic Bo are played in Asia. Electronic roulettes are present almost everywhere in the world. But
lately, hybrid configurations with slot games and roulettes are becoming more popular. Fazi is
here at the forefront of innovation with some new products in the
testing phase. Few new product releases are to be presented by Fazi at ICE 2024.
In distant markets like South America we have distributors who give support. Spain, France and Holland all require local distributors, Macao also. In all these markets Fazi works with Tier 1 companies as partners add distributors.
Are Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat still the most popular titles or are game line-ups becoming more varied?
Black Jack is played in the USA and France and Baccarat and Sic Bo are played in Asia. Electronic roulettes are present almost everywhere in the world. Is it important to have a signature 'spin' on these classic game types or do players prefer a more traditional experience in a casino environment?
Players always prefer traditional games for sure, they generally don't want to experiment with new games.
With new iterations having hit the market annually for decades, what scope remains to improve and innovate upon ETGs? Where can improvements be made to the customer experience?
For electronic roulettes future improvements can be made in jackpots, systems and side games. Also, cross breed with slot games or various mechanical electronic sources can be one of directions for innovation. Slot machines can improve number and size of the screens together with graphics improvements.
Where do you consider 'home markets' - areas where the company's ETG presence is strong - and where do you see potential for expansion?
Te Balkans market of ex-Yugoslavia are our best performing markets. Tey are our home markets. We have some presence in Spain, which will grow, and in France and Holland. But potential for growth we see in the Americas, especially in South America. Africa is also a market where we place a lot of our secondhand equipment.
