INSIGHT ELECTRONIC TABLE GAMES TCSJOHNHUXLEY

Tracy, what unique assets do ETGs bring to the casino floor?

ETGs have made a massive impact on table games. Not only do they provide players with more choice and excitement from the comfort of one terminal, but they also optimise resources whilst providing added security and ultimately increased revenue for the operator.

ETGs offer the player the chance to select and play multiple games, quickly and easily from one terminal without having to move around the casino floor. Tey are extremely flexible offering multiple configurations providing the player with the option to experience an exciting, high impact live stadium experience, smaller, sociable carousel configurations or a more private, personalised experience at an individual electronic player terminal.

Some players enjoy the atmosphere and social aspects of the casino without having to play at its tables – this removes the intimidation factor for new or inexperienced players or provides extra privacy for high-roller/VIP players. Te various configuration options also allow the operator to maximise valuable floor space as it’s possible to site anything from a single terminal up to large stadium arrangements.

Possibly the biggest asset for the operator is optimising resources. One live table can be linked to many multiples of terminals, or alternatively RNG games can be selected that require no dealer/live table. Tis optimises resources in terms of the number of staff required to operate and oversee tables and the amount of hardware needed.

Security and improved player tracking is another asset. All betting and transactions are recorded by the system, providing instant data for the operator. Tis can be used to settle any player disputes quickly and easily whilst also providing a complete view of wagers, payouts, time on device and other important financials.

ETGs are expensive. What factors influence operators to upgrade? Are they typically seeking a better ROI? Do ETGs have a life span?

New technology and developments whether it be driven by software of hardware, will typically influence operators to upgrade. Improvements to game content, such as progressives that can be linked floor-wide, offering larger payouts and increased player excitement; additional or newer terminal options that maximise space or provide increase opportunities for players, such as bartops, or in outside smoking areas.

Why are there multiple configurations for every model? What role do these configurations have in spacing out casino floors of different shapes and sizes?

Configurations provide operators the flexibility to design their gaming space to maximise what will attract players to the games. For example, in

larger casinos, stadium set ups have proved to be popular creating a buzz and lots of excitement, whereas in smaller spaces individual terminals are more suited.

Te Qorex range provides unlimited configurations through its modular design that can be networked and configured anywhere on the gaming floor, offering players the experience of a comfortable, individual, and more personal terminal or the exciting sociable carousel or stadium environment.

How do you establish the level of demand for each configuration? What does the market research involve?

Demand is primarily driven by the casino as each operator has different customer bases that vary from region to region. Te benefits of our Qorex ETGs is that they are highly flexible in terms of content and configurations.
