Zollner Purchases Essemtec Platform


Glassboro, NJ — Zollner Elektronik AG has commissioned the first FOX2 com- bined pick-and-place and jet dispensing system from Essemtec. The machine will be included in a production line that will build sensor modules. Once the line is complete, it will run three shifts in operation. Essemtec has 19 high- performance dispensers installed at Zollner. The specified system has two as- sembly heads and one jet valve and mounts a variety of SMT devices. The ma- chine is also modular and can be expanded to accommodate different sizes of components, or to fine-tune speed and performance. Viscom Reports Record Sales


Duluth, GA — Viscom AG has posted record sales results for the first half of 2017. The company’s sales have grown by 27.8 percent over 2016.
