Think Sit down quietly with a pen and paper and try to think of as many business ideas as possible in the space of, say, 10 minutes. Use your own skills, interests and personal experiences to generate these ideas. Write Write down all the ideas that come into your head as quickly as you can. It does not matter how crazy they are, simply write them down. It is important that you do not criticise any ideas at this stage because this will discourage creativity. Review ideas
After brainstorming ideas, you should review them all. Idea screening means sorting the promising ideas from the weak ideas. Ideas can be classified as one of the following:
(a) definitely worth further investigation (b) possibly worth further investigation (c) unrealistic
By carefully selecting the most promising ideas, you will reduce the risk of wasting time and money researching unrealistic ideas.
