Dog Days at Trinity New Port Richey


Despite a light drizzle and dreary skies, there was a great turnout for the 7th Annual Dog Days event at Trinity Regional Rehab Center in November. Golf carts ferried guests from the parking lot to the event. Talk about excellent guest services. There was plenty of shopping which made vendors happy. In addition to the annual doggie wedding, we were treated to the fun antics of the Menestrelli Entertainment Dog Show. Photography by Anna Cooke.

It was another successful event for TampaPets.org - No More Homeless Pets. Every year the organizers seem to top the previous year to make sure there is plenty of interactive entertainment for dogs and kids. Live entertainment and food trucks, rescue groups with adoptables (including Florida Cocker Spaniel Rescue), shopping and educational booths. And, one of the biggest, showiest costume contests in the Tampa Bay Area. As always, proceeds benefit participating rescue groups. Be sure to follow TampaPets.org on Facebook.
