They Love Their Calendar Dog

perfect pup. Their search ended when they saw Tank at Pet Pal Animal Shelter. His cute grey spots and loving personality made him the perfect dog for the job. Once they brought him home to the station and began working with him, he quickly became part of the family. Tank’s safety ambassador duties include making public appearances and entertaining visitors at the fire station. In order to fulfill his position, Tank started training early. He has already graduated from the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy program and is working on his Canine Good Citizen certification. When not working or training, Tank loves playing with friends and firefighters at Fort DeSoto and other area dog parks. If you would like to schedule a visit to the fire station
