Growing Chamber rates highly with its members

Future Faces has received a stellar rating in a new survey of its members. The young professionals’ arm of Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce has grown yet again in 2019 and now boasts over 450 members. The Chamber’s 2019 survey reveals 97 per

cent of those members rate their experience with the organisation as ‘excellent’, ‘good’ or ‘satisfactory’. Furthermore, 86 per cent of members are

either ‘very likely’ or ‘likely’ to recommend Future Faces to others. Future Faces manager Anna Assinder said:

“Future Faces has achieved unprecedented growth over the past few years but it is important to canvas the opinions of our members to find out how we can continue to improve our offering. “The fact that the majority of members rate

their experience so highly underpins the hard work of the Chamber team and of our Future Faces committee. It is also pleasing to see that young professionals are now joining us from such a broad range of sectors. “We are striving hard to continue evolving the

Future Faces offering and ensure we are the go- to organisation for young professionals in Greater Birmingham.” Although the survey reveals a large amount of

Future Faces members come from professional services, financial and IT firms, membership has broadened out to a wide range of sectors including manufacturing and construction,

Quiz night successfully aids charity appeal

More than 90 Future Faces members turned out to support a charity quiz which raised around £1,600 for the organisation’s chosen charity. The quiz night at the Jam House in St Paul’s

Square, Birmingham, raised funds for the Birmingham Women’s Hospital’s Woodland House appeal. Woodland House will be a brand-new, purpose-built, centre away from the hustle and bustle of the main hospital, where families dealing with the trauma of baby loss can spend time together in safe and secure surroundings before they feel ready to face the world again. Birmingham Women’s Hospital cares for

over 2,000 grieving families every year who have lost a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth or neonatal death. A team from law firm Mills & Reeve were victorious in the charity quiz.
