Celebration for
graduating students The latest group of students from Burton and South Derbyshire College (BSDC) have celebrated their graduation at The Hilton, St George’s Park. Among them was contemporary creative
practice student Holly Fyson, who was presented with the overall ‘Learner of the Year Award’ for her achievements throughout her studies. During her course, Holly took part in a
project to transform the college’s sensory room, creating an interactive learning space for foundation learning students. She also designed an innovative college
nursery teaching space, to help childcare students to develop their practical skills. The ceremony also saw the college

education course at college is a fantastic way to advance career prospects and we wish our students all the best in their future careers.”
