Florida Fair News - Manatee County Fair The 2019 Manatee County Fair took
place January 17th -27th. This year’s fair was filled with great music from Rhonda Vincent, Marks Wills, Josh Wilson, Dennis Lee and Yester- dayze. Strolling acts included Steve the Pretty Good, Rock It the Robot, The Amazing Bubble Factory and The Wade Henry Show. Great stage acts on the grounds were the Kid’s Celebration Family Game Show, the Barnyard Cackle Review and the Show Me Safari Pig Racers. The highlight of the 2019 Fair was
DEDICATION OF THE NEW VETERANS’ HALL
the 2nd annual Veteran’s Parade sponsored by PalmettoBuild. All Vet- erans are invited to participate as the citizens of Manatee County say thank you to all who have served our coun- try. That same evening the Manatee River Fair Association dedicated it’s exhibit hall and officially have named it “Veterans’ Hall.” The dedication took place at the end of the Veterans Pa- rade and Lt. General James Johnson of Bradenton spoke on behalf of the Veterans. Overall the 2019 Manatee County
Fair was a great success and the offi- cial attendance was down 3 % from last year with a total attendance of 168,295. The 2019 Manatee County Fair was definitely “A Big Deal!”
