The talented Chef’s are able to adapt menus to cater for diners who are gluten-free and other dietary require- ments due to all of the food being made and prepared on the premises.

We offer locally made gluten-free bread, dairy-free spread for toast, almond, coconut and soya milk and our home- made flapjack and granola are made using gluten-free oats. We also have vegetarian breakfast and homemade vegetarian lunch daily specials.

All our menus are written so that each dish clearly displays its own allergen content. We offer a small choice of vegetarian dishes and vegans can be catered for upon request.
Dart to Mouth Deli The Old Market, Dartmouth Tel: 01803 839377 sweet and savoury gluten-free and vegetarian options are always available. We daily bake a range of vegetarian and gluten-free quiches and breads including spelt and soda bread. We also offer daily seasonal specials including gluten-free soups, salads and sandwich- es. Of course gluten-free diners can still enjoy a cream tea at Dart to mouth Deli as Devon’s No 1 Cream Tea is also avail- able with our home-baked gluten-free scones. All items available from our Deli can either be taken away or enjoyed at our tables.
Anzac Bistro Anzac Place, Dartmouth Tel: 01803 835515 Anzac street bistro specialises in all kinds of diets. We are very conscious of individual needs when it comes to healthy eating. We are able to adapt our menu but we try to avoid gluten as much as possible. If requested we can prepare a dish beforehand. Vegetarian food is very tasty and more and more people want to try it. Although we like to keep our menu to a reasonable size we do have a couple of vegetarian dishes all year round.

On our lunch and evening dinner men- us most of our starters are gluten-free and our sandwiches can be served with gluten-free white bread on request. Our regular gluten-free options include most of our salads and ‘specials’, which are usually fresh seafood and grilled meat. We also make gluten-free batter for our famous fish and chips. Our dessert range (all homemade on the premises by our baker Leigh) always includes several gluten-free options. The potato and rice flour that we use often produces a tastier result. Leigh’s gluten-free chocolate brownies served with gluten-free ice cream are particu- larly popular.
Rockfish South Embankment, Dartmouth Tel: 01803 832800 There are no limits for any of our gluten-free diners as our entire menu is available totally gluten-free which when prepared this way is also suitable for coeliacs. We have upgraded our kitchens and systems to be able to cook gluten-free food in a separate part of the range to ensure no contamination. simply make your server aware that you would like your dish prepared gluten free and rockfish will do the rest! We’ve had fantastic customer comments saying they’ve loved being able to have a real family favourite with none of the worry!
