Dart Sails and Covers are moving from their current location at the end of Foss street, Dartmouth. They have moved to a new loft at the top of the town at the beginning of this month. Over the past couple of years Dart sails and Covers have expanded significantly and have outgrown the Foss street site that has served them so well over so many years. Their new loft will be based in the old ‘eltek’ unit
in Townstal. It is roughly twice the area of the Foss street loft so they will be able to increase efficiency and production. The builders have customised the unit into a bespoke sail loft including building a new raised floor. This allows the sewing machines to be sunk into the floor making the process of repairs and manufacture of new sails much more efficient. The team at Dart Sails are keen to assure their
customers that, despite expansion, they will continue to offer an excellent product combined with attention to detail without compromising their recognised quality customer service.
