www.cheekyrascals.co.uk With Wishbone and Quut, Cheeky Rascals now offers a comprehensive range of premium outdoor toys. Cheeky Rascals chose the brands because they have excellent design credentials, producing gender- neutral, multi-function toys. The Wishbone 3-in-1 Balance Bike starts as a three-wheel bike; a quick chassis change turns it in to a two-wheeler, and the frame can be fl ipped over to create extra leg room for older children. The bikes are made from sustainable birch wood, the tyres are made from recycled materials, and all of the packaging can be recycled. The Wishbone Balance Bike is available in natural wood, high gloss red, high gloss green or in Limited Edition designs. The Wishbone Flip starts as a rocker, can be used as a push-along and
then, by fl ipping the base, it becomes a ride-on. Designed in Belgium, Quut is a new range of beach toys that has
transformed the bucket and spade into modern, multi-use, robust toys. Quut products are brightly coloured, tactile and easy to use. The Ballo is a spherical bucket that makes it easier to carry water without spilling and is ideal for pouring, while the Scoppi can be used for digging in sand, snow and mud. The Triplet is a shovel, a sand sieve and a rake; each part of the toy has a purpose including the hollow handle, which acts as a funnel.
The Rollers R2 is an exciting and innovative product which optimises playtime for any child. Value is added to the product as it develops with the child as they grow. The 2-in-1 R2 also motivates the child to want to transition from a balance bike to an inline scooter so they can experience different types of wheeled products. Simon Pickavance, commercial director

www.hy-pro.co.uk Hy-Pro’s new Rollers brand, which was launched at the Nuremberg Toy Fair, is a pre-school focused range; its core products help children develop their core motor skills.
The R1 is for children aged 18 months plus and easily converts from a tricycle
to a tri-scooter once the child has improved balance and confi dence. The R2 is for children aged two and up, and converts from a balance bike to an inline scooter. Hy-Pro also showcased its new Flyte product at Nuremberg. The 2-in-1 product
is the fi rst children’s product to have a suitcase attached to a scooter. With a positive reaction, Hy-Pro will support Flyte with full marketing plans and activity in 2014. Zinc’s latest feature scooter, Ignite, was well received by buyers with the feature of letting out harmless steam which imitates smoke once the breaks have been applied. The product uses refi llable oil cartridges to generate the smoke. Hy-Pro International also attended ISPO Munich for the second year where the company showcased its new updated range of BMXs, Team Series stunt scooters Chozen and Zycho, and dirt, commuter and electric scooters including the new lithium-powered scooter E-Glide.
