These meditation classes draw from differing spiritual modalities: opening the heart with dancing, writing, praying, chanting, contemplating, role-playing, laughing, crying, and connecting with spirit.

T’ai Chi and QiGong produce physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits for all musculo-skeletal issues, including fibromyalgia, while re-establishing balance, soothing chronic conditions, including headaches, lower blood pressure and are said to be powerful anti-aging activities. Additionally, Sandra teaches Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, other Energy healing techniques, while providing clinical and esoteric hypnotherapy applications.
