Physical pain and postural misalignments can be caused by physical, emotional or spiritual factors. Exercise can help, but oftentimes, the problems go beyond the physical body. During this workshop we will explore your body alignment, daily habits, belief systems and emotional triggers to see what may be the source of your pain and discomfort.
