Design for Leisure has come up with T e Chill® – a cooling experience cheaper to install and run than a snow room or cry- ochamber. T e Chill cubicle features cool misting sprays and works with air condi- tioning to bring the temperature down to 16˚C. A fog-like mist is created and users inhale the air, which cools the body faster. As it can be operated by customers, it doesn’t have to be in constant use, mak- ing it economical to run. T e Chill has a footprint of 1.5m, although a larger, two- person model is on the drawing board.
