Spa staff can now benefi t from walking around the entire spa and hotel area, addressing guests, selling treatments and making reser- vations via their iPads. T e complementary RA Dashboard also allows spa operators to look at key KPIs at the touch of a button. It can be described as a ‘cockpit’ comprising small application windows (widgets) customised to each user’s personal needs. Current utilisation of treatment rooms and therapists, turnover fi gures, top-selling product and guest origin data can be easily viewed at a glance.
