Colliers International’s Industrial and Logistics division has been instructed to let Sherburn2, a new 75-acre Logistics and Manufacturing Park with Outline B1/C B2 B8 Planning for 1.25m sq.ft in Sherburn in Elmet, Selby, Leeds. This development will deliver bespoke buildings and accelerate the creation of new jobs as a natural extension to the established and successful Sherburn industrial and logistics park. Planning consent has been granted by
Selby District Council on the entire site which, combined with The Local Enterprise Partnership’s Growing Places Fund £2.95 million capital infrastructure loan, has enabled the implementation of the infrastructure works to begin. The first phase, including upgrades to footpaths, cycle ways, roads and highway improvements, is now on underway and scheduled for completion in Autumn 2017. The strategic location of Sherburn
Enterprise Park and the benefits it offers has attracted a number of high-profile occupiers including Debenhams; Kingspan; Eddie Stobart; Sainsburys; Optare Coaches; Legal & General Homes and Ultimata Kitchens.
