GLOBAL REAL ESTATE ADVISOR APPOINTED TO PROGRESS COUNCIL’S SALTBURN HOLIDAY PARK PLANS


Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council to identify and select the ideal developer and operational partner for a new holiday park providing short stay visitor accommodation at the popular tourist town of Saltburn-by- the-Sea. The Authority’s intention is to ensure a commercially viable project that will boost tourism and create jobs, whilst simultaneously leaving a long term economic legacy for the local area. The town has a long history as a popular holiday destination and the council hopes that by attracting investment in the holiday park it will help us compete alongside the likes of Whitby and Scarborough.
