the British Trust for Ornithology Strategic Ornithological Support Services (SOSS) reports, expert judgement and in consultation with Natural England and RSPB through the Evidence Plan Process. The process of identifying species for inclusion was carried out prior to commencing any CRM. The migrant seabirds identified to be at risk of collision within the East Anglia THREE site were modelled separately.
11. Species that occur in very low numbers in the East Anglia THREE site (and hence have very low input numbers to run through CRM), or that are known to have a very low risk of collision through generally low flight heights, are not included in the CRM.
