[Post meeting note, the statutory agencies are seeking budget for two projects: Investigation of the comparability of flight height data collected from boat-based versus digital aerial survey data A ‘ground-truthing’ exercise to complement the flight height comparability project - will seek to identify the degree of accuracy and/or any biases associated with boat-based observer methods.
