The fight direction recorded for this species was notably in a north easterly direction during the spring passage season, (Figure 5.2) suggesting movement towards more northern colonies with a reverse movement during the autumn passage season, as can be observed in Figure 5.2 and Figure 5.3, respectively. Further flight direction rose diagrams are provided in Appendix G for each biological season.
