Te stand was divided into three categories – OEM, operations and sports-betting, with SUZOHAPP team’s experience in providing each and every customer with the products and services that best fit their needs, ensuring that customers could quickly find exactly what they were looking for.
“ICE is a very busy show and we wanted to ensure that our customers knew intuitively where to look. Te challenge is to funnel down the entire product range into the specific solutions the customer is looking for. Tat is why we invested in our customer-centric approach and the feedback we received confirmed that we made the right decision,” continued Mr. Wagemaker.
A wide array of COMESTERO change machines and the SCAN COIN banknote and coin counters / sorters were on display – placed together on the operator-dedicated part of the booth. Tere were further innovations of the renowned Pinnacle SL 27 and Pinnacle NSL 27 Pinnacle slant-tops alongside the upright Pinnacle 24. Te EVO games platform is available for all Pinnacle gaming machines. APEX gaming adds a splash of bling with a gold edition of the cabinet with a gold-plated front surrounding the gaming monitors, perfectly emphasising the LED lighting of the cabinet. Another innovation allows operators to include their own company logo on the Pinnacle, for signature branding.
Te automated electronic roulette solution from APEX gaming – the APEX PLAYER STATION (APS) is the terminal-based roulette solution. New to ICE this year was the APS as a complete unit – presented with the corresponding infill panels between the terminals and a high- resolution 4k display that can show the roulette statistics of up to four separate wheels. Te APS has a modern, fresh design and offers four games as standard – Roulette, Sic-Bo, Baccarat and the APEX-only game Quikker.
APEX slots games can also be enjoyed on the APS, with the APS linkable to a maximum of four roulette wheels – including live wheels. Another highlight is that the APS, slots games and APEX Mobile Slots can be linked together to create maximum gaming entertainment.
Te possibility to incorporate mobile gaming on the casino floor is made possible via APEX mobile slots. Players access a tablet, for example, in the casino bar or restaurant, where players can join in the action via their tablet. Te iDROP and iDROPe are cash-handling devices today’s live gaming environment, enabling croupiers to accept cash, tickets or cards in exchange for jetons. Te iDROP is the solution embedded within the table, the iDROPe is the side-mounted system with larger dimensions, as it contains a note stacker with a capacity of up to 2,000 notes. Both solutions give operators a complete overview of their live table gaming operation, with the danger of shrinkage completely removed from the equation. Operators are able to reduce their reliance on the cash desk, while the integrated touchscreen makes for simple operation. Te iDROP connects with SAS and can synch with any casino management system (CMS), providing clear and reliable instant reports on the drop.
“APEX is about taking gaming to the next level. Each solution we offer is a premium product. We invest in creating the best. Tat is why the Pinnacle Premium fits so well within our product range.
