Inspired closes VLT contract with Norway’s Norsk Tipping

NORWAY Inspired has won a new contract to supply VLT games to Norsk Tipping’s Multix and Belago VLT platforms in Norway. The con- tract was awarded following a competitive tender process against some of the world’s lead- ing game developers.

Norsk Tipping is Norway’s only VLT operator, with over 4,300 terminals across over 2,200 ven- ues. In 2011 Inspired was selected as one of only three companies to supply content to Norsk Tipping’s VLT platforms, including its hit games Diamond Goddess, Monster Cash and Jungle Bucks.

Following the recent tender for new VLT games, Inspired will be launching a minimum of four new games, including Centurion and Super Hot Fruits. Inspired was also awarded an additional game due to its ability to develop a new game in the shortest time- frame.

Martin Lucas, Managing Director, VLT & New Markets, Inspired, commented: “Norsk Tipping is a highly regarded lottery and we’re delighted to have been selected again as one of their premium content partners. We invest a sig- nificant amount in our content R&D and are committed to devel-

oping the best content, which keeps players entertained, whilst driving incremental growth for our customers.”

Lene Finstad, EVP Product and Brands, Norsk Tipping, added: “We are very pleased to continue to have Inspired as one of our three partners delivering new games to our Terminals. Inspired has provided us with high quality games for many years and in the tender Inspired demonstrated clearly a strategy to progress even further in the Multix and Belago markets. We look forward to bringing more high quality content to these markets to fur- ther develop them in an attrac- tive, yet responsible manner.”

Inspired was recently contracted to provide nearly 4,000 VLTs to the Greek market through OPAP.
