New Conference Center in Atlantic City Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa will unveil its new 18,000-square foot, $11 million Central Conference Center in May. Occupying what was formerly mur.mur nightclub, the addition brings Borgata’s space available for meetings, conventions and events to more than 106,000 total square feet of space between its three unique venues (The Event Center, The Water Club, and Central Conference Center).

Boogie Nights boasts the décor and music of the 1970s and‘80s. The dance beats also lead to Anthem,Providence Night Club, and Missile Bar,where even the most conservative members of the group will find themselves out on the dance floor.

Attendees won’t want to miss “a trip down the rabbit hole” at Ivan Kane’s Kiss Kiss A Go-Go Night Club, where they’ll see dancers in virtual cages and a huge LED video wall of stacked vin- tage televisions creating a kaleido- scope of lip art, visuals and patterns that pulse to the music’s beat.

Tropicana’s Bluemercury Spa Atlantic City is the perfect prescription for indulgence with oxygen facials, thera- peuticmassages and luxury body treat- ments. Luxe Salon offers the trendiest hair design, styling and more. The recently opened AtlantiCare Life Center Fitness is a dual-level facility that offers cardio and weight training equipment, three rooms for health and wellness classes, and group fitness pro- grams.

Adding even more options for groups, Tropicana opened Escape AC last September. An interactive experience, Escape AC is a live action, team-based game that challenges groups of two to 10 people to“escape the room”within 60 minutes. Planners looking for team building exercises will want to take advantage of this experience,as partic- ipants are required to pay attention to detail, use critical thinking, communi- cation and teamwork in order to get out.

Groups meeting during the summer can take advantage of the beach and boardwalk, where they will find ping pong, shuffleboard, cabanas, a Tiki Bar and a DJ on the resort’s swimming pool deck. Tropicana’s Multimedia Light and Sound Show, also on the board- walk, entertains guests, and a fireworks display lights up the night sky on Saturday evenings.

All bets areonfor those seeking a well- rounded meeting with a variety of fine and casual dining choices and a host of things to do at Resorts Casino Hotel
