Registration tables are built into the meeting space and a fully equipped convention office is set up and ready for their use. A very beneficial tool is the meetings concierge app, which can be accessed on individual mobile devices. There is no need to leave the meeting or make any noise. Someone wants more water? Simply ask for it on the app and the response is immediate.”
