directly across the street from the Rhode Island Convention Center.


14 breakout rooms, 25,000-square feet of pre-function space, as well as a 20- bay loading dock with two drive-in bays providing direct access to the exhibit floor.


Its offerings include an award winning in-house culinary team and an event team that boasts high service scores and longevity of service.


Connecticut Convention Center has been engineered tomake access to util- ities and other services both quick and easy.


The building also keeps up with the lat- est technology trends,fromLED lighting in the exhibit hall to increased band- width throughout the center to adding a new video wall in its lobby. Offering convenient access to the Marriott Hartford Downtown, the convention center is attached to the hotel via an interior connection.


Hartford is located at the intersection of Interstates 84 and 91 in Connecticut, and more than 23 million people live within a two and a half-hour drive of the city. Bradley International Airport is only 15 miles from Hartford and offers direct flights to over 30 destinations around the country and internationally.

The city offers a vibrant and redevel- oped downtown that is easy to navigate and explore. Hartford’s new entertain- ment hub, Front Street, is just 500-feet from the convention center and pro- vides a wide array of restaurants and entertainment options. Hartford also has a free circulator shuttle, the dash, which provides quick and easy access to over 40 independent restaurants, entertainment, and major hotel brands throughout downtown.

The Rhode Island Convention Center offers 100,000-square feet for exhibi- tions, 20,000-square feet of ballroom space, 23 meeting rooms, 30,000-square feet of pre-function space, and an in- house


catering team. The center is connected to the 564-


guest room Omni Providence Hotel, The Dunkin’ Donuts Center, and the Providence Place Mall via sky bridge.


The convention center’s central down- town location,just feet fromthe I-95 cor- ridor,makes for simple accessibility,and the building is home to 2,400 parking spaces. What’s more, guests can attend


a show or sporting event at the con- nected Dunkin’ Donuts Center (a 14,000-seat arena/concert venue). Within the convention center, guests also will find ample comfortable areas for impromptu meetings and network- ing opportunities.The building’s friend- ly work rules allow exhibitors easy move-in and move-out access to the halls.


The Rhode Island Convention Center’s location also ensures easy access to the city’s celebrated culinary scene,and the center is just steps from historic Federal Hill. At its core,Providence is,however, a college town - but with a unique twist. It is home to academic powerhouses like Brown University, but also is home to one of the best art colleges in the country (Rhode Island School of Design), and to one of the top culinary educators in the country (Johnson & Wales University).
