Lavella Beauty & Wellbeing recently celebrated its first anniversary in January, and the Warwickshire-based salon looks set to enjoy continued success in 2016.

Currently employing five staff members and seeing an average of 120 clients each week, visitors can choose from a plethora of treatment options. Whether you wish to ease those aches and stresses through hands-on massage techniques or target the signs of ageing using the latest technological advancements, the salon provides a comprehensive range of services which can be tailored to each individual’s concerns.

Salon Spy spoke with Hayley Robinson, salon owner and manager, who shares the story behind the salon and reveals more about the newest additions to Lavella’s treatment menu...

How did you come to open your salon? “After working in a variety of Spas and salons around the West Midlands for over 10 years, I finally plucked up the courage to open my own salon as I knew what I wanted to offer my clients but couldn't achieve this working for other companies.”

How important was choosing the right location? “It was very important. I looked at numerous different locations – parking was always key, hence why I decided on Warwickshire Shopping Park as it has free and convenient parking. The last thing I wanted my clients to do is pay for parking or walk for miles after a relaxing facial to get back to their car. We also have a bus service which runs every 10 minutes from the shopping park, so it’s handy for clients who do not drive.”

What is the ethos of Lavella Beauty & Wellbeing? “To provide luxurious beauty and wellbeing treatments at an affordable price in a convenient location. Our clients are able to experience some of the best products available on the market whilst relaxing in a calm and friendly salon.
