Today,proprietor Peter Monahan pres- ents this art-filled enclave of eighteen elegant rooms, its homey pub,plus a conference and meeting room. Aesthetics include 12-foot high ceilings and the original school blackboards in several guest rooms.Note:The Inn does not (yet) have elevators,but guests needing handicapped accessibility are situated on the first (of two) floors.

Our trusty luxury van from Premier #1 Limousine is at the ready to take our small group of planners to our dinner destination,Dobbin House – the oldest building in Gettysburg (circa 1776); a dramatic Georgian Style mansion that offers comfortably elegant surround- ings complete with candle lighted din- ing, and a menu that’s steeped in almost two-and-a-half-centuries of culi- nary tradition,along with the abundant talent reserves of executive chef Bruce Keefer.
