The Watergate Hotel has reopened following a $125 million renovation by Euro Capital Properties. There are 338 guest rooms and a rooftop lounge boasting views 360-degree views including Roosevelt Island, the neighboring Kennedy Center and Georgetown University’s towers. The property will house two ballrooms, a restaurant, a 2,500-bottle collection at its on-site whiskey bar, along with a spa.
