At Citizens Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies, long after the players have hung up their cleats for the season, guests can still visit the ballpark by attending one of the many private events that are held at the stadium year round. Phillies’ special (non-game day) events manager Leila Graham-Willis talks about the roomrentals available at Citizens Bank Park for holiday and other off-season events.

“We offer many great spaces for non- game day events,” says Graham-Willis. “Two great spaces for holiday parties are the Diamond Club and the Hall of Fame Club. While each space has its own unique offerings, both are great for entertaining whether you have 50 peo- ple or 500.”

Features of the spaces include unique baseball décor, views of the ball field, built-in audio-visual equipment and more. “We are convenient to two major highways and public transportation and we also are able to offer complimentary parking. Our on-site event staff will help as much as you need with respect to entertainment, décor and overall event logistics.”

With in-house caterer ARAMARK avail- able to customize menus, planners can create the perfect event to their liking and have assistance to make the process seamless. “We have an event manager present at all functions toman- age logistics, timelines and all details the day of the event.”

For upcoming holiday parties, Graham- Willis also suggests not to be afraid to stray away from the traditional holiday theme and colors and create something fun for guests to relax and unwind.

“Bring in interactive vendors and activi- ties to entertain your clients during cocktail hour or for the entire event,”she recommends.“Photo booths - both tradi- tional and green screen, tarot cards readers, arcade games such as air hock- ey and pop-a-shot, henna tattoo artists and more can really make the party all
