Poplar Springs Inn and Spa in Warrenton, VA

Warrenton, VA

Poplar Springs Inn and Spa is a premier destination for luxury estate getaways and live entertainment in northern Virginia. Nestled in the scenic countryside, Poplar Springs accommo- dates 21 rooms, offering a fully equipped spa and fine dining at its Manor House restaurant.

Located just 10 minutes from Warrenton’s Main Street, the historic property sprawls across 172-acres of landscaped countryside and specializes in corporate packages, weddings, anniversaries, and romantic getaways.

Guests have complimentary access to Old Town Athletic Club in downtown Warrenton (a pass is required from the front desk). The inn’s hot tub is open year-round, while the swimming pool is open seasonally.

Poplar Springs is continuing to expand and improve upon the venue’s already exceptional features and offerings, as well. Geothermal heating and cooling systems, the addition of a saltwater swimming pool, and the construction of new nature trails are just a few of the health conscious and environmental-

ly friendly add-ons that are part of the property’s transforma- tion over the last year.

“A saltwater pool is much healthier on the body, especially the skin,” said general manager, Bob Grouge, adding, “Who wants to have a refreshing facial or massage and then jump into a pool with harsh chemicals?”

The spa update included the addition of a pool bar, allowing guests to now enjoy hot food served poolside. The steam room was transformed into a sauna, and the spa offers two new massage rooms, two new manicure and pedicure chairs, new spa robes, and new facial equipment.

The wedding day lounge also has been renovated, and the dining room’s original floors have been restored. A keyless entry system has been installed at the inn, and a putting green has been added. The original pastel of Jane Hall as a 1939 Cosmopolitan Cover Girl remains in the Manor House and has been featured prominently throughout the renovations.
