GERTIE’S ICED TEA Using our ‘Granny’s Garden’ mixed berry herbal tea - a blend of mixed berries, no tea!


Making the Tea Syrup 1 Take approx 2 heaped tablespoons of Cox & Baloney’s ‘Granny’s Garden’ tea and brew in a jug with hot water (1000ml)


2 Add equivalent of half the amount of liquid with sugar (can be brown or white or even honey). Stir well until disolved and leave to cool.


3 Strain and pop into a sealable bottle or jar and this is now ready to use as a cordial!


1 Use like a cordial and pour to taste (approx 25ml) in a glass with ice.


2 Add a splash of Elderfl ower cordial (we like Bottlegreen) and fi ll with soda water (sparkling water works just as well).


3 Stir


4 Finish off with some berries and sprig of fresh mint and ENJOY!
