“I’ve always been passionate about great food, and especially about connecting people with the amazing field to plate story that starts with the bare earth and ends up as a myriad of great ingredients and foods. Above all I want as many people as possible to explore and enjoy the kaleidoscope of ingredients and meal options that there are available to them. To help me deliver my vision I decided to open a demonstration kitchen and invite as many great Chefs from the South West as possible to share their enthusiasm and skills. So here it is.”
