Our passion on the court reflects our life in the office too, and we work hard as a team to deliver excellent service, matching the needs of our clients to their ideal properties. Our office is situated on the main Moraira-Calpe road, right next to David’s Fish and Chip diner. We pride ourselves in our relaxed office environment and welcome you in to chat about any queries you may have and offer you the confidence to take the right steps. Claire Johnstone is a busy DKV insurance agent and is based in our office too - and is also part of our tennis team!
We specialise in the purchasing and selling of property in the Moraira and Benissa coast areas for residential and investment purposes. Having lived here for over 10 years, we can provide local advice and recommendations on all aspects of life in Spain as well as having sound knowledge of local schools, banks and much more. We have worked closely with all the banks here and can offer very good deals on repossession properties, of which we have a large portfolio.
