After moving to Javea from Alexandria in the US State of Virginia last September, you might imagine how different ADSL connectivity and TV programmes are to me here in Spain.
In the US I was used to Fast Broadband, and there are over 2,200 TV broadcast stations. While settling into my new residence, I asked some friends for referrals in reference to setting up internet and TV connections for my new home here. The type of service that I desired was a reliable, High Speed internet connection and television channels in English, German, French and Spanish, and ensuring that both of these services would be cost effective.
I made a number of telephone calls to companies in the area that provided such services and left messages, but the calls were never returned. Finally, the realtors who helped me find my place, A & O Imno Services in Javea Port, gave me the name of Jens Thate of ‘The Thate Center’ as a good and reliable installer with proven services.
After a phone call, Jens and I connected. Literally. He had my internet and television connections up and running within just a few days. And prior to the installation, he informed me of all of the options available from which to choose, and the total cost of the installation. So I had no nasty surprises whatsoever. Jens was on time and accurate regarding all work and everything we discussed.
The internet and television service I now receive is, as promised both cost effective and entirely reliable. There were no issues except for a new but faulty internet router which
was quickly swapped once the problem was discovered, you simply can’t ask for more; Jens delivered exactly what I needed, on time, and it all works very well.
In addition to being very knowledgeable about his business, Jens has been very helpful and honest. As a professional Interior Designer, I really appreciate how good it is to find a good installer who is true to his word and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend Jens Thate’s work, his qualifications or his installations.
