New Year once again and our team, Rosalía, Paloma, Mel and myself would like to wish you a very happy one. One more year has passed and in May we will be celebrating our thirtieth anniversary since the foundation of the surgery in 1985.

We have covered many subjects on these pages over the last couple of years and now we are working on a website to list the procedures available and information about them so you will be able to consult it at any time. So far, the list is the following: Face lift: Although we call it “mini-lift” because we do it in an out patient basis, it is really a complete face lift from above eyebrows to neck. Blepharoplasty: Where we deal with both, the redundant skin of the upper lids and the shagginess and fatty pads of the bottom ones. Neck liposuction to deal with a double chin, together or apart from a face lift. Otoplasty: for the correction of the size and position of the ears. We also can perform the reconstruction of elongated or torn ear lobes. Lip enhancement: either by surgical means or by the use of fillers, both temporary and permanent. Eyebrow lift: for the reshaping and relocation of eyebrows. Bat wings: For the excessive or redundant skin and fat on the arms and arm pits. Groin lift: The correction of loose skin on thighs and groin. Abdominoplasty: Intended to restore a flat tummy which, in most cases can be resolved with the “mini tummy tuck” on a day surgery basis. Breast enlargement: Also available on day surgery with local anaesthesia.

Mastopexy or Breast lift: For the reshaping of saggy breasts together with the relocation of nipples to their normal anatomical site. Breast reduction: For women with large breasts that make them uncomfortable when carrying out daily activities, sports etc, or who simply feel unhappy with them. Liposuction: An excellent procedure to remove the accumulation of fatty tissue in certain areas which are harder to lose, when losing weight such as lower tummy, inner and outer aspect of thighs, knees and the lower part of the back. Elimination or correction of scars and tattoos, hypertrophic or cheloid scars, scars resulting after abdominal surgery such as caesarean section, appendix or hysterectomy. Skin tumours, verrucas, moles: Important to notice when they appear on face. The elimination of them can result in deforming scars if not done with special techniques and skill. Intimate surgery: Specially for patients that do not feel comfortable when carrying out sports such as cycling or swimming or wearing certain clothes such as shorts, swim suits or bikinis. Hair implants: With micro-grafting of single hair follicles for both men and women on the scalp or other areas such as pubic area. Fillers, both temporary and permanent for the treatment of certain small wrinkles. Botox: mainly for the treatment of wrinkles on the upper third of the face, around the eyes and frown.

For any of these procedures or others not mentioned, remember that the informative consultation is totally free and that we will gladly asses any patient and discuss all possible alternatives in order to choose the best. Always bearing in mind that it is not the way you look or what others think. It is how you feel about it.

So once again, begin the year on the right foot. Please think about yourself and try not to put much weight on over the winter or you will regret it when spring comes back.

Best wishes for 2015 from our team.
