PARK MANAGERS I
’m sure I speak on behalf of myself and all the team here at Heather View when I wish you a very warm
welcome back to park for the 2014 season. 2013 was a great year for us here
on park, we had some fantastic owner events which brought us all together, one particular highlight for me had to be the 15th anniversary party at The Crazy Bear, a thoroughly enjoyable evening was had by all. I know that Ray and his team are working hard, planning bigger and better events for 2014 down at The Crazy Bear. As you may be aware Lindy from The Crazy Bear has decided to move on to pastures new and has sadly left the team, we would all like to wish her well, she has assured us she will still call in and visit us from time to time. We are pleased to confirm the appointment of the new Assistant Manageress at The Crazy Bear, Sarah Tweddle. Sarah has been the Customer Care Representative at Kingfisher for 2 years, having being employed by Park Leisure for almost 3 years now. Together with Ray, Ben and now Sarah it should be a fantastic year at The Crazy Bear. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank
you all for your constructive and honest feedback in 2013, having reviewed as much as I possibly can, myself and Phillip Smith, our Maintenance Manager, have taken the necessary steps to enhance the park where possible.
I’m looking forward to saying hello in
person as you return for the year ahead, as ever my door is always open.
I really do hope you enjoy the year ahead,
Simon Clarke General Manager
