elcome to spring at Chantry, I can’t wait to see the park come into bloom and see it in

all its glory over the coming months. With the good fortune of a mild winter the construction team have been able to complete all road works and driveways except for the final coat of tar, this will be done in May as warm weather is needed. Andrew and his maintenance team have worked tirelessly throughout the winter, and on top of constantly road cleaning they have been putting in more lighting, working on the grounds and laying bark in all the beds, I feel sure you will all be happy with the park improvements. We are seeking planning permission for the new owner’s club and will keep you updated of our progress over the coming months. We are all looking forward to welcoming

you back with a Spanish wine and Tapas reception on March 8th at 8pm in the Diamond Club. Also on March 29th we will be holding a chocolate and whiskey tasting evening, on hand will be an expert from Campbell’s of Leyburn who will be supplying the chocolates from the Leyburn Chocolate factory. Sue has arranged for many more events throughout the year including the first Golf tournament between Chantry and Ribble Valley in April. We will forward more information on this event closer to the date.

I have met several owners already and look forward to meeting the rest of you throughout the 2014 season.
