Baylor Law School’s Academy of the Advo- cate at St Andrews will focus on trial and appellate advocacy, including the comparison of trial and appellate advocacy techniques of British and American trial and appellate lawyers. The art of storytelling is a theme that will run throughout the program and the history of the Reformation and Inquisition in St Andrews provides striking examples.
