The Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa teaches both common law and civil law, and provides a unique opportunity to study both legal systems. Classes are in English, but some may be taken in French. .
Law students will study and live in Toronto, Canada, for three or six weeks. Offered in co- operation with the University of St. Michael’s College. Comparative and international law courses will be offered by law professors and barristers.
This program provides students the op- portunity to study cutting-edge topics in comparative and international law, while interacting with prominent U.S. and Cana- dian law professors. Students will visit local courts, and attend lectures by international scholars as well as leading Canadian lawyers and judges.
