he pub is hidden away from busy everyday life on Bulmore Road, Caerleon, and has won many accolades for its outstanding food and excellent choice of real ales and ciders – not to mention many V Awards. This classic country inn is truly a must-visit
destination for all food lovers. From June 1, The Bell Inn will be serving its new
summer menu, Voice caught up with head chef Rob Sands to tell us all about it. He said: “We have lots of delicious new dishes
for people to try, including a wide variety of fi sh and seafood dishes including, whole fresh lobster, Carmarthen Bay mussels and plaice. “The great chefs at the Bell Inn and I have
collaborated to create a great new menu, using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients that this wonderful season brings.
“There’s no better way to enjoy a meal than dining al fresco in the summer sunshine in our beautiful beer garden. “People can still get their favourites too, including
