in supporting local traders and has the popular Cwtch real ale constantly on tap at The Star Inn as well as many others. Cwtch is supplied by the Tiny Rebel Brewery, based in Newport. Head chef Matt also sources
high quality ingredients and produce from local suppliers from Monmouthshire and the surrounding area, with fresh fish, meats and vegetables delivered on a daily basis.
