Cane & Able celebrated its 25th anniversary on May 1. Owners Lawrence and Meryl Evans fi rst opened the store in Pontnewydd, selling a variety of cane furniture, hence the name Cane & Able.

he next few years saw Lawrence and Meryl stationed at various places in and around Cwmbran, including the InShops
in the town centre, before settling at their current destination, 6 The Parade, where they will be celebrating their 10th anniversary in September. Throughout their 25-year career the business
grew and grew and so did the variety of stock, which now has thousands of different items currently available in store. Cane & Able is a one stop gift shop, if
you’re looking for the perfect gift for a loved one, whether it’s for a birthday, wedding or special occasion, look no further than Voice’s Shop of the Month. This fantastic independent store has a
