Please contact Voice with any queries. Rules for the 2013 South Wales Next Top Model. 1. Only one entry per model will be accepted. 2. Entries sent via post, dropped into our offi ce, collected by us or received as e-mail will be counted. 3. The fi nalists will be selected by a team of judges. 4. The winner will be announced on a yet to be confi rmed date at the 2013 V Awards. 5. The sponsor’s decision is fi nal. 6. The competition is open to ladies and gents and there is no upper age restriction. 7. Voting forms will not be accepted without all information being completed and we reserve the right to retract the place of any fi nalist if they provide false information. 8. Model entrants must be over 14, entries for those aged 16 or under will not be accepted unless accompanied by the signature of a parent or guardian. 9. Some prizes may require a guardian to be present if the winner is aged under 18. Information is available on request. 10. Any fi nalists aged 16 and under will require a chaperone at all stages of the competition and will not be able to proceed without one. 11. Prizes will only be redeemable to the overall winner. 12. We will require models to be open to ideas on styling from the expert team; however at no stage will we do anything without your consent. 13. We cannot apply hair colouring to any fi nalist or winner aged under 18. 14. All pictures entered must have been taken within the last three months. 15. All entries must be with us by no later than July 10, 2013 at 9am. 16. The fi nalists will be announced in the August 2013 edition of Voice and will be invited to take part in a catwalk show at the Celtic Manor in August on a date TBC. At this event the fi nalists will be whittled down to three. The winner will be decided via votes. Information on voting TBC. 17. If you are sending in hard copy pictures or discs, please be aware that we will not be able to return these to you. 18. If any of the questions marked with * aren’t completed we reserve the right to scrap the form. 19. If any forms that require a guardian’s signature aren’t signed we will not enter them into the competition. Similarly, if it is found that signatures provided are fake we will exclude the entry from the competition.
