The radio must be removed in order to access the vehicle’s antenna connec- tion. This is the proper way to install a hardwire FM Modulator.

Removing these two screws allows this upper tray to be removed.

Using a plastic pry tool, the technician gently removed the bezel surrounding the radio.

The driver’s and passenger’s side dashboard pieces also need to be removed.

Next, carefully remove the tray below the radio.
